ROTOPLASTER Surgical AC has a speed up to 45 mt/min. The effective speed of production varies according to the type of welding (hot or cold) and materials to be welded. Precision, simplicity and versatility are the characteristics of ROTOPLASTER Surgical AC machines. ROTOPLASTER Surgical AC machines are completely controlled by electronics. All modules and raw material feeding groups are driven each by a separate brushless motor. The complete operating cycle is controlled and synchronized by a PC, specially programmed for the production of adhesive bandages. According to the quality of raw materials, it is sufficient to select the proper programme to get the correct and complete set up of the machine, including the tension of raw materials. No manual regulation is requested on this machine, which is self-regulating. ROTOPLASTER Surgical AC machines can produce with all kinds of adhesive substrates, such as: plastic, nonwoven, fabric, as well as all new materials requested by the medical markets. ROTOPLASTER Surgical AC are projected to apply the release papers transversally in respect to the dressing length. This system allows an easier application of dressing on wounds, as requested by surgeons. Furthermore, working on the narrow side of the bandage increases the production capacity of bigger dressings. The modular construction of machines allows easy and quick change of size and setting, for a better efficiency. On request, ROTOPLASTER Surgical AC can be supplied with a cold perforation system. Perforators, die-cutters, counter-rollers and all rotary parts of ROTOPLASTER Surgical AC machines are made in our factory with absolute precision, using top quality materials.

ROTOPLASTER machines are fed from raw materials in reels ext. diameter 500. Reel width depends on dressing size to be produced. Raw materials are: adhesive substrates: PE, PVC, PU, nonwoven, non stretchable cloth; absorbent pad: nonwoven; release papers: single-face silicone paper, embossed film; wrapping papers: cold and hot sealable paper. ROTOPLASTER Surgical AC can produce all usual sizes of adhesive wound dressings and eye-pads and many others on client request.
